All Yellow Leaf Hammock products are covered by a 1- year manufacturer's warranty. Should your Hammock or other item arrive damaged or become damaged due to manufacturing defects please notify our concierge team at concierge@yellowleafhammocks.com.
If approved, we will replace this item for you completely free of charge! Include your order # and the word Warranty in the subject line along with any photos you have of the damage as well.
We always guarantee our hammocks to be free of defects in material and construction for a full year from the date of purchase. If a hammock is found to be defective within that time, Yellow Leaf Hammocks will gladly replace it, repair it or send you the appropriate replacement parts at no cost. With proper use, your hammock should serve you for years to come!
Please note this warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use, storage, installation, or maintenance of our products.
